Dark Forest

Hi everyone,

Today I am going to be showing you guys what I have been doing for writing this week. For this weeks writing I have made a story about Two men getting lost in the forest. Here is my writing...

One fine evening two men decided to go for an adventure in the forest. Their names were Frank and Chris. In the morning Frank called Chris and asked him if he wanted to go for an adventure and Chris said “yea sure sounds great” Then Frank said i’ll come and pick you up then Chris agreed.

7 hours later Frank went to pick Chris up. When Frank got there Chris was already outside waiting. Frank yelled out his name and then he looked and said “coming”. Once Chris got into the car they started driving.

Once they got there they got off and started walking but they had no idea where they were going, they were just gonna go for a run and come back to the car. But once they ran into the forest they didn’t know where they were. Frank and Chris tried to go and find out where their car was but they ended up more far away from their car.

A few hours later they decided to just wait till morning. So they tried to make a little house but it was too windy. So they stayed close to each other all through the night. When the sun came up they woke up and started walking to see where their car was.

After 30 minutes of walking they saw their car so they ran to it. When they got there they went inside and were so happy. They immediately turned on the car and left. Once they got hope their wives were worried about them. The two men got hugs and had hot chocolate and also went to the hospital to see if they were alright.

House Of Horror's

Hi everybody,

Today I am going to be showing you guys my narrative writing. There were 3 genres  it was fantasy,action and Horror. I have chosen Horror. Here is my writing....

 One bright morning, 3 triplets went for a walk in the forest because they all loved nature. On the walk they were hearing noises and they thought someone was following them so they walked faster and when they were almost out of the forest they saw an abandoned old looking mansion it was pitch black but they all decided to go inside to get help. Once they got inside the house, The door closed right behind them.

 While they were in the house they went for an explore. 1 hour later, They heard someone open the front door and quickly hid. Once that person opened the door he instantly knew there were people inside his house. So he looked everywhere except the guest bedroom. 5 hours later, Their mum was worried about them because they have been gone for a really long time.

At 3 AM the girls woke up and heard weird noises so they went to look for what it was. When they went upstairs the stairs were creaking. By the time they got to the top the old creepy man was awake. The 3 triplets got scared and started crying.The creepy old man’s name was Eric. When Eric saw the girls he had a big creepy smile like he wanted to kill them.

Soon later the girls went up the attic and it looked like their eyes were about to pop out. What the girls saw was terrifying. The girls have seen lots of dead people being hung all around the attic. The old creepy man Eric woke up and walked into the attic and saw the girls and tried to kill them but the girls dodged him. Once they were out of the attic they ran for the door but it was locked and they didn’t know but Eric had a wife she was a nun she looked like an evil nun. The nun was staring at the girls while sitting on a rocking chair. She said “YOUR NOT GOING ANYWHERE” then she laughed. 

The girl's mother was getting paranoid so she called the police but they wouldn’t send anyone to search for her daughters so the mother paid two private investigators to look for her girls. The next month the two investigators had some information and heard they went for a walk in the forest so they went into the forest and saw an abandoned old looking mansion and thought that the girls would be there so they got their guns prepared and then walked in and saw the 3 girls tied up and two old people sitting on there rocking chairs. After a minute staring at them they started shooting and then in a matter of seconds the two old creepy couple were dead. Then the 3 girls were free to go home. Once their mother saw them she started balling. Also They were frightened to sleep by themselves so their mother let them sleep with her.

Writing: Power outage

Today I am going to show you my writing. My writing is about when the power goes off. Miss Leonard gave us a sentence to start with and then she gave us words that we had to add in. WE also had to use our six senses. The word that's colored blue ish green that is the words that we had to include. The sentences that are colored that is the sentences were the six senses are.

Power outage 

One night I was chilling on my couch eating Doritos I could taste the amazing flavor of the chips it was thai sweet chilli, I was so happy because Thai sweet chili is my favorite flavor. I was with my dad watching our favorite TV show. My mom was in the kitchen preparing dinner and I could smell the amazing food she made, Then ‘I could hear the thunder, booming in the sky. Suddenly the lights went out and the room went pitch black. I was hesitant to move so I stayed there for a little while. I felt so scared of the dark, I was so happy that my parents didn’t have work tonight. I could feel my dad holding my hand so tight.

 I wanted to go to the basement to get a flashlight but I was forbidden from my parents. 30 minutes later I saw a light coming from the window, so I looked outside and my neighbor was covered in Christmas lights. In my mind I was like how is the lights working when there is no power and it’s raining hard. I watched my neighbor for a little while. He started dancing and I thought it was fascinating to watch. My parents were trying to talk to me but I was so unfocused because I was still watching my neighbor. Then the lights on the street came on and the storm stopped and everyone’s house was lighting up it was so cool to watch.

THE WATER PLAYGROUND

One hot day I was so hot I thought that I was gonna burn, so I asked my mother if she could take us to the water playground in town but she said no but I got on my knees and begged her. 

After begging her she finally said yes. She said “If you want to go to the water playground you better tell your cousins and your brother to pack their clothes for after swimming”. I said ok, I called out to my cousins and my brother to get up and pack some clothes. I went into my room and got my bag and just grabbed some clothes out of my closet and just started throwing it into my bag.  

Then we got into the car and drove to the water playground. The water playground that we were going to was a new playground. It takes 3 hours to get there. Once we got there were lots of people. My cousins said at the same time “ Can we go, can we go now please, pretty please”. Then my mum said “OK but be careful and no fighting”. We all got off and started running. 

When we reached the water playground we started playing around with new people on the slides and going under umbrellas that has water coming from the top. My cousin said to me “I’m having so much fun, thanks for asking your mum to bring us here”. 2 hours later my mum said “let’s go home now, but first get changed then we go home. Then we went home and ate McDonald.

This week we have been learning about what personification is. The definition of Personification is an object that can act like a human and have a voice. Here is my writing

 The angry storm was making the cloud black and making it have lightning .The angry wind was blowing the snow  fast, making the snow swirl around. The ice brought me loneliness. The snow brought me excitement and happiness but also cold. The people were worried and scared.  The avalanche made a snow fall. The wind made trees fall. The snow was falling down and it made sharp edges.

Compare and Contrast

Compare and contrast the two styles of footwear. Start with this sentence and finish the other two. Add your own compare and contrast sentences.

Introduction:  Today we are looking at a pair of sneakers and a pair of scuffs.

Compare: The sneakers are shoes. Similarly, The scuffs are shoes too.

Contrast: Instead of having covered feet like the sneakers, You could wear scuffs.

Conclusion: I think that the scuffs is the better choice because your feet get air and if your feet are cold just wear socks.

Picture Prompt

Hey everyone

Today I have a story I wrote it was about a plane crash. It is a picture prompt. My whole class did this as well but we each had to write our own writing about this. here's Mine.

The jungle plane crash

A little 5 year old girl named Chloe was going to Samoa with her dad Marcus because they have family there and they are half Samoan. so when they got on the plane they put their bags at the top. So on their way the engine was playing up so the flight attendance had to tell everyone that the engine wasn’t working and tell them to put their seat belt on. And they told the passengers that they were gonna land. But the engine was playing up even more so while the plane was going down people were screaming and Chloe was crying and hugging her dad. The plane was near the ground people started putting their masks on and holding each other. Once the plane crashed. People didn't survive even though they had the masks on. there were people there looking to see if anyone was alive, But they never saw Chloe and her dad they were still alive. So Chloe was screaming as loud as she can so they can hear her. Then they heard her so they helped to get her and her dad out. Once they were out Marcus was thanking the people who got them out. Marcus asked them where they are and they said that they are in Fiji. There were 5 people that helped Marcus and Chloe their names were Josh, Liam, Jacob, James and Robert they said they moved to Fiji 8 years ago and they used to live in California. Josh took Marcus and Chloe on a tour. While they were walking someones phone was ringing Josh said it sounded like it was coming from Marcus and then Marcus checked his pack bag and his phone was in there so he checked to see who called. It was his wife Melissa. He called her back and told her they had a crash but said they were okay Melissa said i’m calling the police to help yous. Melissa asked where they were he said in Fiji. So when another plane came they went to Samoa had a big feed.

First day of school

First day of School 2018 

On the first day of school I was so nervous. I was nervous because it was only me in my  class that was at school. I waited and waited then I decided to go and ask the person in the office she said to go to room 11/12. When I went there I saw children  sitting down and waiting for the bell to ring. I put my bag away then I played with some of my friends. Then the first bell rang,when the bell rings we are allowed inside the class room. When the second bell rang we had to go down to the mat, on the mat the teacher did the role then they gave out cards, the card means that you were good. 

the second day of school was kinda the same but on the first day I didn't see my friend Blessing. When I saw Blessing I wasn't nervous anymore. Blessing was my only friend from last year.when I saw Blessing I went and said hi to him he said hi back. He went to take his bag away. When he took his bag away I was waiting for him.We went and sat down at talk about what we both did in the holidays then the bell rang so we went in side.

My first week of school was amazing because I got to meet new people and new teachers.

Mountain adventure

Hi my name is Danny, and one beautiful day I was going on a mountain adventure. I was in a boat going to have an amazing day on the mountains. On the way to the mountains. I saw some beautiful things like flowers,the sun was bright and the clouds were fluffy like cotton candy.

Then I got there

I took my bike and started riding it on the mountains.I road on the rocks,It was feeling like I was on the mountains.But then I reached to the top of the mountain I saw a waterfall.It was sparkling and clear.

I decided to go higher in the sky.I went higher.My heart was pounding as hard as my bike was going fast.I said to myself is it impossible for me to ride up to the clouds.I was feeling confident.

After I decided to go back down and relax on the sand and  look at the sunset. it was a big day for me.I was tired so I got my boat and went back to my house,because my hands and legs were tired. When I got there I went to sleep.

The next morning I woke up and had breakfast it was bread and a cup of tea.When I finished I went for a little run it was a beautiful sunny day.After that I went back to my house and had a little nap. My mouth was opened during my sleep.

In the afternoon I woke up and went on my phone and looked at the time it was 4:52.I forgot that I had work.My work is interviewing people.I really like my work. Because it makes lots of money.When I finished my work I went to the beach.It was so nice because it was a nice and beautiful sunny day my eyes were flashing.

After that I went back home and had a shower.I was to cold to go in the shower because every time I have a shower The water is cold.After my shower I got changed then I watched a movie it was a scary movie its called if you watch the film you will die.in the middle of the movie I fell to sleep.In the middle of the night I woke up and turned of the movie.Then I went back to sleep.

Hi my name is Everleigh, and I am 4 years old. One day I was at my grandma’s house. My mum said I had to stay with grandma for the holidays. It was a bad idea to stay with my grandma because she is cranky and wrinkly. Living with grandma is the worse. It not fair having a grandma like this.

In the afternoon I asked my grandma can I go in here.My grandma said “no! It's a secret room, I'm the only one allowed inside” I said “oh that's not fair.” I went to my room and I laid down and had an idea my idea is to sneak into grandma’s room.I went in she was sleeping.I did some dancing. Then I heard my grandma’s parrott.

I reached down my pocket and got some seeds and gave it to him his name is Savage.The parrot didn't like being a garden bird.I let him escape because he didn't like being in his cage all day so I let him free.The parrot

flew away to another owner. Then I went in my room and slept.

The next morning I woke up and watched tv I was watching cartoons.then I got bored and went outside to play I asked my grandpa to make me a slide and a swing. I swinged until I was tired I went inside and had a nap.After that I woke up and had some dinner we went to a restaurant it was delicious We came back and went to sleep.

One sunny beautiful morning, there was a bird that flew on top of a electricity wire line. He was trying to relax.But then another bird came he whacked  the bird's face. The bird that got whacked on the face  got angry. They were angry at each other so they fight.when they were fighting another bird came and bumped in and all of the bird came they all fighted each other then a bigger bird came and told them to stop fighting. Then the big bird went to them the big bird was making them squished.

Then one of the birds next to the big bird bit his tummy and then the big bird fell but his legs was hanging on the electricity wire line then the other bird said to another bird to take his legs of.then one bird said to stop because he was going to he saw that he was nearly touching the ground then the bird said to stop because if he falls down then we fall of.

After that the big bird got of the electricity wire line.when the big bird let go. The little birds feathers came off.Then the big bird got up.when the big bird got up the little  birds came down. When they came down the big bird was laughing.

One day there was pigeons in a nest on top of someone's house they were relaxing on a nice and sunny day. They were bored so they got off their nest and went to look for food. When they walked they saw a cupcake. They all jumped on each other to get the cupcake but they were too small. Then they got a seesaw and thrown one pigeon to get the cupcake but the pigeon went all the way in the sky. After that the pigeon came down and he couldn't get it he was thrown to high.

In the afternoon the pigeons were hungry. They were sad,but then they saw something it dropped down then they thought it was food but it was a worm.Then the little pigeon saw  some food on the ground. The little pigeon told his brothers I saw some food. His brothers said “you're wasting our time”

The little pigeon said “no it's real” the little pigeon said “look then” they said “no” they said “we are tired of your lying.”

The next morning, The 3 pigeons woke up and went to find food. Then they found food it was little peaces of pizza. When they were finished eating they went back to their nest and slept for a hour.

Hi my name is Alma and I am 9 years old I live in a small town, I was jumping down the snowy road when I was going down the road I saw a black board I went to it and got out my chalk when I was writing I heard something I looked back it was nothing.After I wrote my name a doll caught my attention the doll looked like me so I went to it. I tried to open the door it didn’t open.Then I chucked a snowball it opened.I said to myself was that magic.
                                                                                                                                                                                

I tried to get the doll but I hit another doll. Then it ran around it was riding a bike. But it keep on falling so I picked it up it was running to the door.I got up the doll wasn't there I was looking around  it was up on the shelf I stand on the chair to get the doll.

Oh no I can't get it. Then I touched it the doll. It sucked me in. Then  I was in a glass thing I looked everywhere.Everybody copied me.I saw another doll going up the table. It was a girl she was wearing a red dress with flowers her hair is red too she was beautiful.

Some people were walking and they were looking at the doll they said it was beautiful and cute. One child was gonna go inside the shop.Then another child saw the child open the door the child said no!! Don't go  in there did you hear about a little girl that went inside and got trapped in a doll.The End

Hi my name is Lucy, and I am 9 years old I live in Paris. One day I was walking down the street next to my house I was going to the shop’s to get some groceries for my mum, she was sick. I asked my brother if he can walk with me he said no my brother’s name is Jerome. When I was walking I saw a old man he was lonely he was doing hard work. I went to him and helped him.

But the problem is  we were poor, we had no money because my mum and dad didn’t go work. I said to my mother “can I go and help the old man” she said “yes you can.” So I went to him I said let me help. After I helped him he said “thank you little girl for helping me” I said to him I will always come and help you he said “you don't have too”.

The next morning I said to my mother can I go to the old man and give him some foods please my mother said “ok you can go”

So I went but first I went to the shops I bought him a drink and chinese food.

In the afternoon, I was watching the news I saw the old man he died I ran to his house the ambulance was there so was the new’s I went to him they already took him.

In the night time I went to the kitchen to have dinner. When I was eat I was thinking about the old man. After dinner I went to my room. When I got there I went for a shower. I  got in the shower the water was cold. So I took a fast shower when I finished I went to put on my cloths after putting on my cloths I went to brush my teeth then went to my bed then I went to sleep.

The next day I woke up I went to brush my teeth when I went to my bathroom I brushed my teeth Then I went for a shower. After my shower I  went down stairs and had breakfast. what I had for breakfast was eggs and paddies and a cup of tea.

Later that day I went for a little stroll when I was walking I stopped at the shops to get a snack and water. After my snack I went back home, I watched tv I was watching disney channel  then I fell asleep.

Last I woke up it was night time. I said to my mother I had a dream about me in heaven.It was beautiful I saw flowers a sun and a rainbow.I said to my mother i'm going to my room. I went upstairs to my room. I Was still tired  so I laid down.Then I went to sleep.

Once upon a time, I was watching my owner jumping on her bed. Then her mum came in and said to her

“go to sleep”, so she listened to her mum and did. She gave her a kiss. My owner’s parents went downstairs to watch a movie, my owner's name is Gabriela and she is excited for her gift tomorrow. Her gift is a trampoline, until animals came on and jumped on it.

The next morning

Gabriela woke up and ran downstairs and she went outside to her trampoline but i zoomed as fast as I could, and were jumping on it. She was surprised that I was jumping on her trampoline,  she was looking at her parents they were surprised too.

After that Gabriela was sad. She went back inside and  went to her room and cried then her mum came she said “what’s the matter?” she told her it was me because I was on the trampoline her mum said “maybe he wanted to have a little jump”

” Gabriela said “but it's my trampoline it's not his.”

“just come and we can have breakfast”,

Gabriela said OK so they went down and ate eggs and sausages Gabriela called me she said “come and eat”  so I went over and she said “why were you on my trampoline?”

I said “because it looked fun and it was bouncy” I said “sorry” she said “i forgive you”  after that she went to watch TV she was watched cartoons.

Lastly her mum told her “go to sleep” she didn't want to go to sleep she wanted to still watch tv but she was getting tired so she slept and her mum came and took her to bed.

I was on my ship carrying containers. My boat was big it was blue and white. My name is Ben, I like to travel around the ocean because I love the freedom, it was a relaxing day for me.

Suddenly some pirates came aboard. They were going everywhere. One pirates came to me and  said “give the keys to me”. I gave him the keys, he said he is the new captain. After he started the engine some pirates were opening a container nothing was in it but there were other containers that had robots in them and robots came out.

The robots were telling the pirates to go away, one robot went to the pirate’s captain to tell him to look at the other pirates. They all had their hands behind their heads.

After that a robot gave the real captain’s hat and the keys then the robots went back into their containers then the captain said  “today was not a relaxing day.”

After everything had settled down we were exhausted so we went home. On the way home I was tired so I told the other man to drive the ship.

Lastly, when we got back home I went inside went into my room and went and put on my pajamas and went to sleep.
