My name is Finau I go to Hornby Primary School, I like singing when i'm in my room. At school  My favorite subjects are writing and reading. In the weekend I love going to the mall and spending time with my family. At school I love hanging with my best friends.

Cyclone Gita

Hi this is my thoughts about the Cyclone Gita. 

Tonga and Samoa got hit really bad by the Cyclone Gita and then it came to New Zealand. 

My thoughts about the Cyclone Gita are I was terrified. I was more terrified when the Cyclone Gita  hit Tonga because my grandma and family are in Tonga.

My Experience about the Cyclone Gita. The day before yesterday after school we went to Countdown to get some food to prepare. I was worried because I have my family in Tonga, mums side and dads. My mum told me to pray for my family and I did and they didn't die they were lucky. When I heard that the cyclone was coming to Christchurch I was so scared. I was scared because I was thinking in my brain that the cyclone was going to break my house. But luckily  the cyclone didn't hit my house but it hit town and it is flooded in town.

I am glad that the cyclone wasn't as bad as it was expected in Christchurch. I hope that everyone is safe.

My worse nightmare

Hi my name is Everleigh, and I am 4 years old. One day I was at my grandma’s house. My mum said I had to stay with grandma for the holidays. It was a bad idea to stay with my grandma because she is cranky and wrinkly. Living with grandma is the worse. It not fair having a grandma like this.

In the afternoon I asked my grandma can I go in here.My grandma said “no! It's a secret room, I'm the only one allowed inside” I said “oh that's not fair.” I went to my room and I laid down and had an idea my idea is to sneak into grandma’s room.I went in she was sleeping.I did some dancing. Then I heard my grandma’s parrott.

I reached down my pocket and got some seeds and gave it to him his name is Savage.The parrot didn't like being a garden bird.I let him escape because he didn't like being in his cage all day so I let him free.The parrot

flew away to another owner. Then I went in my room and slept.

The next morning I woke up and watched tv I was watching cartoons.then I got bored and went outside to play I asked my grandpa to make me a slide and a swing. I swinged until I was tired I went inside and had a nap.After that I woke up and had some dinner we went to a restaurant it was delicious We came back and went to sleep.

  Hi my name is Gabriela One day I was looking outside because I was bored, I had nothing to do then I went outside. I sat down on my lawn, I was looking at the beautiful sky. When I was sitting down and looking at the beautiful sky, I saw someone he came down. He came with his creative flapping wings. I asked him if he want help he said “ yes please” I gave a hand and I pulled him up.

Next, it was windy an island flew away the boy went to get back the island,  I said  come back but he flew away. My house on top of a whale the whale keeps on wiggling I was sad so I went inside then I heard someone, I looked out it was the boy he dropped something.

I ran and picked it up, it was a rope. He tied a rope to the island.  I accidentally let go but I got it again. I tied it to the tree because the whale is moving. Then I looked at the island it was coming  back.

After that, I was happy I said do you want anything he said “I want water please”. I said OK. I will get it, I gave it to him he said thank you. He said he's gonna go. He said “bye”.

Last I was bored  so I went to watch TV. I was watching short land street. I was tired, I said to myself I'm not going to sleep, I want to still watch short land street  but i fell asleep. In the spooky night I woke up. I said why am I still here then I went to my room I slept.
