This is the paragraph that I re-wrote in my own words

At 11 am on 11th November the people in Aotearoa decided to mark when their first world war ended in 1918 . The war went on for four years until they wanted to stop and make peace.

Canterbury swim school

Hey readers,

I am going to tell you about my first Canterbury swim school experience.On The first day of term 4 we all had swimming, when the bell rang we all did a little learning and then at 9:40 the people that didn't have their swimming togs on they had to get changed. And then we got on the bus and went to Canterbury swim school. Then we got changed and had to go and sit down and to wait for your swim teacher to call you. Then my swim teacher called me his name is Richardo. When we started I told Richardo that it was my first time and then he asked the other kids that was in my group if it was their first time they said no. we all did bubble and breath then it was time to finish so we all got out and got our clothes and got dressed then put on our shoes. Swimming happened for two weeks.

First swim of the term at school

 Hey everyone,

Today my class and I are going to swim in our school pool. Unfortunately I forgot my togs at home it was hanging to be dry for today but I forgot to get it. I am 9 years old I need to be more responsible and be more self-managing. What I can do to be more responsible and self-managing I can go home after school and pack it into your bag.

For this term of cyber-smart we have been learning about Summer learning practice. For summer learning practice we have been told to pick a book that we red this year for Curious kiwi. Curious kiwi needs a book because he forgot his book and he is probably having the longest trip to England and he needs a book so he doesn't get bored.I am thinking of giving him a book called Wonder.

This term we are learning about summer learning journey. For our summer learning journey we all picked a country that we are interested in. I have picked England because I haven't been there before and if I go there I know somethings about them.

 1. The name of the capital city of England is London.

2. The population of the capital city is there are 53.1 billion people

3. In January, The weather in the capital city is usually the coldest. January is the coldest month in England 

4. The capital city is located in England.(northern,southern,middle) part of the country.

5. The language that they commonly speak is English.
